Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

•  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

• If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible. Genuine situations will always be considered with kindness and fairness.

• If you do not answer the phone at your scheduled appointment time, I will make one additional attempt to contact you. If I am unable to reach you within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered missed and may be forfeited.

Refunds

As time is reserved especially for you, refunds are generally not available once a booking has been confirmed. However, each situation will be considered individually, and every effort will be made to find a fair and reasonable outcome.

The Nature of a Reading

Seraphin Star readings are offered to provide insight, guidance and inspiration. They are intended to support your personal growth and help you gain clarity from a fresh perspective.

Every reading is unique, and while the cards and numerology often provide remarkable insight, no specific outcome or prediction can be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and life choices. A reading should complement—not replace—your own wisdom, intuition and personal responsibility.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a reading.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. All personal information and the content of your reading will be treated with respect and kept strictly confidential.

Session Recordings

Seraphin Star does not record readings. You are welcome to take notes during your session if you wish to refer back to the guidance afterwards.

Respectful Communication

Seraphin Star is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful experience for every client. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the reading being ended immediately without refund.
